所以癌症患者最重要的是提高身体免疫力，增强身体对抗癌细胞过度繁殖的能力。这个时候不但不能少吃，反而要摄入营养充足的食物，特别是优质蛋白。癌症患者每天优质蛋白的摄入量要比正常人增加10%以上。而优质蛋白的来源，鱼，肉，蛋，奶和豆制品。这些都是癌症患者可以食用的。
