2）双人战棋。可以采用：轮到行动时尽可能从自己方考虑作出最佳决策，然后转换到另一方。传统的hex-counter和chit-pull就适合这种方式。比较难单人的是暗刻和卡牌驱动战棋，包括采用其他战雾手段的。对于卡牌驱动战棋，可以在非必要情况下尽可能不看另一方手牌，或者采用类似TS单人变体规则的方法。对于暗刻战棋，可以转换成明战棋或chit-pull方式。

3）多人战棋。较难solo是因为多人互动机制很难模仿，但仍可以使用独立思考最佳决策方式来解决。
