什么是行为经济学？

什么是行为经济学？

行为经济学的翻译总是容易让人误解，因为在中国人的认知中经济学就是研究人的 经济行为的东西，何以在前面再加上一个“行为”呢？其实行为经济学的英文名字是“Behavioral Economics”，这个“behavioral”的意思，更多的是在说以往的经济学只是理论上的，并不能完全反应现实世界中人们的行为，进而需要能反应真实行为的经济学，所以才被称为“行为经济学”。行为经济学的核心就是：将心理学和经济学结合起来，以发现现今经济学模型中的错误或遗漏，进而修正主流经济学关于人的理性、自利、完全信息、效用最大化及偏好一致基本假设的不足。

行为经济学并不是新近发展起来的东西，只不过在1950-1990的时候，它在主流研究中没有收到多少关注。那个时候，“理性人假设”是最广泛的假设，大多数研究者虽然可能对此抱有怀疑，但是没有太多的证据表明它不对。而“于黑暗中高举火把前行”正是伟大的科学家的优良品质。心理学家丹尼尔·卡尼曼和阿莫斯·特沃斯基合作了几十年，发表了多篇文章，对人们在不确定性环境中的行为进行了系统的研究，发现了“锚定效应”和“损失厌恶”，并提出了“前景理论”。最终丹尼尔·卡尼曼获得了2002年诺贝尔经济学奖，而阿莫斯·特沃斯基已经在1996年英年早逝。除此之外，理查德·塞勒因其在行为经济学领域的卓越贡献，获得2017年诺贝尔经济学奖。科学家的论文我们不必去看，丹尼尔·卡尼曼写了一本《思考，快与慢》，在中国还掀起了不小的热度；理查德·塞勒也写过一本《助推》，读来也让人觉得醍醐灌顶。

行为经济学三大假设

针对主流经济学的“理性人”假设，塞勒在2001年的“行为经济学”一文中强调，人性有“三重有限性”（three bounds of human nature），即，

“有限的理性”（bounded rationality），

“有限的意志力”（bounded willpower），

“有限的自利”（bounded selfishness）。

这三个有限性，构成了行为经济学的三个基本假设，其中又以有限理性假设最为核心。通过这三个假设，我们可以理解上面提到的两个效应：

锚定效应：指当人们需要对某个事件做定量估测时，会将某些特定数值作为起始值，起始值像锚一样制约着估测值。在做决策的时候，会不自觉地给予最初获得的信息过多的重视。举例来讲，假设A店和B店都陈列完全一样的100块混装饼干。A店主要是卖50块左右的饼干为主，所以客人看到100块的商品，会觉得“贵”。但是B店大多是卖价格在150块的饼干，看到100块的混装饼干，会觉得“便宜”。

损失厌恶：指人们面对同样数量的收益和损失时，认为损失更加令他们难以忍受。 同量的损失带来的负效用为同量收益的正效用的2.5倍。举例来讲，你捡了5块钱和丢了5块钱，丢钱这件事会让你更为记忆深刻。

行为经济学未来

以上是行为经济学的一个简单的综述。但是我并不想多回顾行为经济学的现状，反而像多聊聊行为经济学的未来。按照上面我们所讲，行为经济学是心理学和经济学的结合，其实原本心理学实验就是一个很难做的事情，因为有太多不可控的因素，比如研究者的偏好，参与者的自身差异以及时间地点这类的外部因素，甚至随着时代的变化结论都不同；验证一个经济学的模型也是很难的——而行为经济学把两个难题放在了一起，这就是的难度呈现几何倍数的增长。

但是“电子游戏”为人们做心理学甚至经济学实验提供了一个绝佳的环境。电子游戏可以模拟出人们在现实生活中不同的实验场景，甚至可以验证人们在面对车祸这类会造成极大伤害的事件的反应。电子游戏的沉浸感也避免了调查问卷之类的造成的不真实感。同时，参与电子游戏的人能够达到足够数量，不必需要研究者因为经费的问题只能进行小范围的实验。同时现在的大数据和人工智能算法的兴起，可以在大量的人们的行为数据中发现新的行为模式，并且对行为经济学的模型进行验证。我想，随着这类实验方法的应用，行为经济学可以帮助我们更好地理解人会做什么以及人为什么会做什么。
