日本汽车都用热冲压技术吗？

首先要搞清楚热冲压技术从哪里来的，其实热冲压起源于欧洲，欧洲主要做热成型零件的供应商有海斯坦普，本特勒等，板料基本都是安塞乐米尔塔的，国内2005年之后开始大量应用，大部分也是国外进口板料，当然目前也有用宝钢的非镀层板的，随着热成型产线还有技术的成熟，近几年热成型的成本也已经大幅下降了，几乎可以达到和冷冲压相提并论，国内汽车目前应用比例已经很高了，大概10-20%左右，日本的话我所知道热成型的应用还是比较少，不管是丰田，本田，还是日产都用的不多，主要是日本的模具技术发达，所以他们用高强度冷冲压的很多，他们能控制高强钢的回弹，反观国内的就比较差！这点还是服气日本人的！但是冷冲压的强度仍然达不到热成型的强度，因此，日本汽车也有采用热成型钢，但是总体比例仍不高，我估计不超过5%。

日本汽车都用热冲压技术吗？

为适应汽车轻量化、降低燃油消耗、减少污染物排放和提高汽车碰撞安全性的要求， 汽车用高强度钢板 的使用比重越来越大，如高强度双相钢、TRIP 强度汽车板、尤其是超高强度汽车板在常温下的变形 范围很窄 当前各大汽车厂生产车身及部件主要采用 冷冲压法，采用此法冲压高强度汽车板时，冲压过程中 需要的冲压力大且容易开裂，产生过量回弹尤其是针 对超高强度钢板（抗拉强度550Ma），冲压时这两项 缺陷尤为突出热冲压技术可以解决这两个问题，同时 可以使冲压后的成品抗拉强度得到大幅度提高 一、钢板热冲压技术 1.基本概念 热冲压工艺是将高强度钢板加热到 奥氏体温度范围，钢板组织完成变化后，快速移动到模 具，快速冲压，在压机保压状态下，通过模具中布置的 冷却回路并保证一定的冷却速度， 对零件进行淬火冷 却，最后获得超高强度冲压件（组织为马氏体，抗拉强 度在150 甚至更高）的新型工艺见图、图2 高强度汽车板热冲压主要工艺过程从热冲压的工艺流程来看，关键工艺过程是加热、 冲压、保压和冷却加热过程直接影响到高强度钢板的 冲压性能 冲压是冲压机在一定冲压速率的条件下使 钢板成型保压是为了保证零部件成型状态的稳定性， 并完成淬火使钢板发生组织转变 2.热冲压的主要设备 （）加热炉 其功能是将钢板加热到再结晶温度， 一方面要求加热炉的能力要满足要求； 另一方面从保 证板面质量来看，炉内又需要通保护气体，避免钢板在 加热过程中被氧化 从满足连续大批量生产的要求来 看，加热炉应该能实现自动进出料，且出料位置有一定 精度， 以便于后续生产 从保证生产连续性的需求来 看，加热炉与其他连续性生产一样，配备了2 套动力装 置，而且在意外发生后能保证加热炉自动启动，以确保 炉况正常和炉内设备使用寿命 （2）上下料装置 出加热炉后的钢板仍然处于高温 状态，为了能够将加热后的板料准确夹送到冲压模具上 （国外某典型热冲压设备提供商夹具见图3），只能依靠 特定板料形状而设计的夹具机器人或机械手来快速、平 稳、准确地将高温状态下的钢板送到模具上 这样可以 避免钢板在夹送过程中的表面氧化和局部温降 热冲压后经保压淬火后的零件表面温度尚有 2左右，也只能采用夹具或机械手下料 国外某典型 热冲压设备提供商生产的下料夹具和机器人见图4 压机钢板热冲压压机既要具备快速合模冲 压，又要有保压的功能，这是一般冷冲压压机所不能完 因此，压力机是热冲压的关键设备国内外高强度汽车板 热冲压技术研究现状 技术与装备纵横 58 冶金管理 2009 SiAl Ti Cr0.2210 1.2110 0.019. 0.0030 0.2580 0.0360 0.0390 0.0037 0.1910 USIBOR500高强钢的化学成分 单位：% Al22Mn5 0.19~0.25 1.10~1.4 0.025 0.015 0.015 0.0008~0.005 0.30 0.01 0.08 30Mn5 0.27~0.33 1.15~1.45 0.025 0.010 0.10~0.40 0.001~0.005 0.01~0.30 0.01 0.015~0.08 30nB高强钢的化学成分 单位：% Cr0.2~0.25 1.0~1.3 ＜0.019 ＜0.01 0.20~0.35 ＜0.0050 0.14~0.26 DocolBoron0 高强钢的化学成分 单位：% （4）模具。 热冲压模具一方面要完成冲压成型，另 一方面要完成对钢板冲压过程中的淬火冷却， 因此模 具周围都设计有冷却系统。 现在投入工业生产的热冲 压模具一般使用的是水循环冷却。 国内模拟试验的模 具冷却水系统位于凹模与凹模座之间。 模具的材料也 是关键，有文献报道国外采用的是 Al /Cu复合材料。 在连续高速批量生产过程中， 模具应保持相对一致的 温度，以保证批量生产部件的质量稳定。 （5）切边和冲孔。 热冲压后的零件强度高，需要采 用激光切割进行切边和冲孔。采用机械式冲压，则要求 压机吨位大。 国外某典型热冲设备提供商热冲压设备 如图4 所示。 （a）热冲压机器人 （b）热冲压压机、模具和 成形后的汽车零部件 国外某公司生产的热冲压设备3.热冲压工艺设备的优缺点。 采用热冲压工艺后， 尤其是轿车车身所用高强度或超高强度钢板的厚度可 以降低，同时由于部件的强度得到大幅度提高，车身上 的加强板、加强筋可以大量减少，从而减少了车身的重 量，同等条件下提高了车身的防撞安全性。 由于采用热加工工艺， 钢板的热变形能力得到大 幅提高，并且冲压变形所需的压力相对降低，一般而言 热冲压轧机的吨位800t 就可以满足生产要求。 态下冲压，也降低了回弹的程度，基本没什么回弹。相对冷冲压而言，热冲压也有不足之处。由于需要 加热炉对钢板进行前处理， 增加了加热设备及其能耗 这一大环节。生产过程中由于需要加热和保压（淬火）， 从而增加了生产时间，生产效率也因此降低。 此外，由于热冲压成熟的技术设备，特别是热冲压 压机、模具、激光切割机以及全套设备的自动控制系统 基本由国外公司掌控，技术封锁严密，现阶段设备投资 大，一般的小型汽车厂难以承受。 二、国内外对热冲压高强钢的研究现状 汽车用高强度钢板热冲压用的原料， 要求抗拉强 度在400~600MPa 左右。 目前，主要用于热冲压的高强 度和超高强度汽车板为含硼钢板。 USI-OR1500 和带Al-Si 镀层的热冲压钢板 USIOR1500。 Al-Si镀层的热冲压钢板 USIOR1500 由于有 Al- Si 镀层不会产生氧化铁皮， 其典型化学成分如表 此外，瑞典 SSA 公司开发了热轧硼钢板 Docol Boron02、04，其典型化学成分见表 USIBOR1500有些类似。 蒂森克虏伯钢铁公司也能批量生产热冲压 钢种。 美国西沃斯巴公司和戴姆勒克莱斯勒共同研发 了热冲压硼钢。 日本、 韩国等钢厂也能生产热冲压用 此外，国外试验研究比较多的是 22MnB5 30MnB5，德国萨尔茨吉特集团研制的 22MnB5 30MnB5的化学成分见表3， Ti含量，其含量为0.020%~0.050%。 此外，该公司还能 生产24MnB5 和26MnB5，但都只有热轧产品。 目前，国 内钢厂只有宝钢开发了不带镀层的热冲压用钢—— 轧B1500HS、热轧B1500HS，并实现批量供货。总的来看，热冲压高强钢的化学成分主要特点是， 含有微量的 和较多的Mn，此外还含有微量的 Ti，因 此有些研究直接称为高强度硼钢热冲压技术研究。 技术与装备纵横59 冶金管理 2009 钢种Boron02 Boro04 USIBOR1500 冲压前 冲压后 冲压前 冲压后 冲压前 冲压后 屈服强度/MPa 350 1200 380 1200 280~400 1200 抗拉强度/MPa 530 1600 620 1720 400~600 1500 种高强度汽车板热冲压后的强度变化。可见热冲压后，高强度汽车板的抗拉强 度得到了大幅提高，都在原来的2 倍以上。 三、国内外高强度汽车板 热冲压成形工艺研究现状 1.国内研究现状。 主要是同济大学、哈尔滨工业大 学、吉林大学、上海大众汽车和奇瑞汽车、宝钢研究院 等相关研究单位在对热冲压技术、关键设备进行研究， 上海市对此还设立了专门的科研项目进行资助。 国内大学研究高强度汽车板热冲压工艺取得成果 较多的是同济大学机械与材料学院， 他们选用的是安 赛乐生产的 USBOR1500 高强度钢板， 采用热模拟机 和量身订制的模具进行试验研究。 主要研究了热冲压 过程中， 钢板的加热温度与钢板内部组织结构变化模 式、冲压速度、保压时间、冷却临界速度（淬火速度）、冲 压模具温度变化对成形的影响等方面的模拟研究。 国内实验研究表明： 高强度汽车板热冲压加热温 850~950为宜；模具在室温下，即原始温度10~ 50对热冲压成形没有明显影响； 保压时间一般为 155~260s，冷却速度一般21/s，淬火后零件温度为 200左右，冷却水临界经济流速为0.7m/s。 2.国外研究现状。 国外对此工艺研究的比较早，由 于技术封锁， 很难见到有实际意义的生产线的技术文 献和有关高强度汽车板热冲压生产实践性资料， 公开 发表的绝大部分都是试验研究。 大多集中在汽车工业 比较发达的欧洲国家，如瑞典得勒欧理工大学、德国纽 伦堡大学、德国 Muche 理工大学、意大利帕瓦大学， 日本横滨国立大学、丰桥科技大学，此外伊朗 Arak 学都对高强度淬火钢板热冲压成形原理和工艺进行了研究， 主要采用热模拟机、 USI-OR1500 高强度钢板进行研究。 但国外尤其是欧洲已有设备生产企业能够提供高 强度汽车板热冲压生产线。如，瑞典AP&T 公司具备提 供整套热冲压设备能力、 德国舒勒公司能够提供全套 的钢板热冲压设备， 舒勒已向一家德国汽车制造厂提 条全自动热成形生产线，国内热冲压整套和部分 设备都还没有厂家能够生产。 四、钢板热冲压技术主要应用部件 高强度汽车板热冲压技术主要用于生产轿车车身 结构中对强度要求高的部件，如：门内侧梁、柱，底板中 央通道、车身纵梁和横梁、门槛、保险杠等安全防撞件。 这些部件的强度级别直接关系轿车的安全性能， 尤其 是国家提高了对汽车防撞级别的要求， 这些部件的强 度级别更是关系到整车的安全星级。 研究显示， 德国大众 车型、沃尔沃 XC90 采用了高强度硼钢和热冲压成型工艺。国内某自主品牌汽车也在部分车型中采用了此项技术 以提高碰撞安全级别。 结语。 目前，国内各大型汽车用钢生产企业，对高 强度和超高强度硼钢板的开发还比较滞后， 品种也相 对较少， 还没有研发出并批量生产带涂层的热镀锌品 种，需要钢厂加大研发，以满足汽车生产企业对高强钢 板的需求。 国外对热冲压设备及其应用技术的研究封 闭严密，国内大型钢厂可以与有关汽车生产企业、冲压 设备制造企业、相关重点院校加强合作，以期在热冲压 设备制造领域取得突破。 这样可以加快高强钢板的研 发与应用，提高高强度汽车钢板的应用比重，打破国外 技术封锁，降低设备成本，使该技术得到广泛**。 设备引进方面，钢厂可以与汽车生产企业签订有关协 议，加强技术和设备投入合作，可以将热冲压线引入到 钢铁企业建设的剪切配送中心， 这样可以降低汽车生 产企业的投入， 也有利于钢铁企业**其生产的高强 度、超高强度钢板。 在热冲压工艺技术细节完善层面， 可以应用计算 机辅助技术， 仿真模拟热冲压试验研究过程中钢板的 成形和淬火过程，将各项工艺环节进行优化。 目前对热冲压工艺的自动控制研究还基本没有， 因而需要加强研究和消化， 以免在工艺的生产控制方 面受制于人。 同时强化操作人员培训，提高生产水平。 （作者单位：武钢研究院） 技术与装备纵横 60
